Pastor -- Robert (Bob) Dodridge and his wife, Brenda, have been at CrossPoint since 1996 after pastoring in Tucson, Pinetop and Mesa. He is a graduate of Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and attended Grand Canyon College in Phoenix. He and Brenda have two sons, great daughters-in-law, and six precious grandchildren!

Student Pastor -- Sean Reynolds Sean Reynolds has been involved in youth ministry for approximately ten years, ever since he was saved during his high school years here in the Valley. He received a B.S. in Christian Ministry, with a minor in Youth, and attended Talbot Seminary and Phoenix Seminary, where he graduated with an M.Div. in Biblical Communication. Sean and his wife, Bethany, have been married since 2008.

Worship Leader -- Crystal Gorishek has been actively involved in worship and other ministries at CrossPoint for many years. Having received her Bachelor's degree in Music Education from ASU in May 2006, she continues to teach and perform as a violinist throughout the valley. Crystal and her husband, Ryan, have been married for five years and have one son, born in October 2010.
